The location proved convenient near the liceu metro station and many surrounding restaurants. La rambla and the cathedral are also close, aiding exploration. The breakfast offered good quality food despite limited variety. It was a solid start to the day.
The room i had was quite small, it felt cramped. This detracted from overall comfort.

the staff were friendly. they offered water and coffee throughout the day, which i found quite thoughtful. my room was quiet despite the central location. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room. we loved the breakfast. but the choices were plentiful.
the bathroom was a bit small. this was noticeable. and the shower was hard to maneuver

I found the location convenient, being so close to many shops. the room included slippers and a bamboo toothbrush, a charming touch. the nespresso coffee maker with pods was a welcome amenity..
the streets surrounding the hotel had an unpleasant smell, a bit off-putting. there was also a noticeable smell once i entered my room. i forgot my electricity converter, and it wasn't returned to the reception, a disappointment.

the location was excellent, just off las ramblas. my room faced an inner courtyard, so it was surprisingly quiet. the breakfast had enough options to satisfy me each morning. staff was generally helpful, i had no big issues.
the room decor felt a little dated, especially the furniture.

the staff was fantastic, always available for any help needed. victor, sebastian and their team are courteous. the location is great too. i arrived early from an overnight flight and they kindly let me check in early so i could rest and start my visit.
the surrounding streets had a slight odor, it wasn't ideal.
